Extreme sport




Extreme sports... (also called action sport and adventure sport) is a media term for certain avtivities perceived as having a high level of inherent danger

These activities often involve speed, height, high level of physical exertion, highly specialized gear or spectacular stunts.


History


The origin of the divergence of the term "extreme sports" from "sports" may date to the 1950s in the appearance of a phrase usually, but wrongly, attributed to Ernest Hemingway. The phrase is

"There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely games."

SPORTCLIMBING

You can climb a mountain, but also a rock. Or a wall. Rockclimbing is with Wallclimbing a new sport. The new sport is calling Sportclimbing. You don't have to climb to the top, but about the climbing itself. There are matches is climbing. The fasted or the best climber wins.







SKATEBOARDING

In the middle of the sixties a short, nice film introduced a new phenomenen: skateboarding. A new sport which took planksurfing, which is usually done in the surf. This new sensation became popular in the USA. National championship have been hold. The people liked the jumps, which the skateboarders made. At first this sport was done individual. Nowadays more and more people are looking for competitions. The majority of the people however is undoubtedly happiest when they can skateboard on the sidewalks or on the street, because it isn't easy at all and you must be a dare-devil.








RAFTING


Is a challenging recreational activity utilizing a raft to navigate a river or other bodies of water. This is usually done on whitewater or different degrees of rough water, in order to thrill and excite the raft passengers. The development of this activity as a leisure sport has become popular since the mid 1970s.

What is food?

Food is any substance, usually composed of carbohydrates, fats, proteins and water that can be eaten or drunk by an animal or human for nutrition or pleasure.




FOOD PYRAMID


The Food Guide Pyramid is one way for people to understand how to eat healthy. A rainbow of colored, vertical stripes represents the five food groups plus fats and oils. Here's what the colors stand for:

  • orange — grains
  • green — vegetables
  • red — fruits
  • yellow — fats and oils
  • blue — milk and dairy products
  • purple — meat, beans, fish, and nuts

MY RECIPE

GOULASH




INGREDIENTS


  • 4 Tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onions
  • A red pepper cut into chuncks
  • 2 pounds of meat from the hip
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 cups of water
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes Knor

PREPARATION


1. Heat oil and stir-fry the onion and red pepper.
2. Mix the corntarch whit the meat
3.Add the onion gusi
4.Add water and beef broth cubes
5. Bring to simmer
6. With lid and stir
7. Expected to be finally , playing cook until the meat softens

SALSA




    • Salsa is a dance for Salsa music created by Spanish-speaking people from the Caribbean and their immigrant communities in the US.

Rock Music


Rock music is a loosely defined genre of popular music that entered the mainstream in the mid 1950's. It has its roots in 1940s and 1950s rhythm and blues, country music and other influences.




JAZZ



  • Jazz is a primarily American musical art form which originated at the beginning of the 20th century in African American communities in the Southern United States from a confluence of African and European music traditions.


CLASSICAL MUSIC




  • Classical music is a broad term that usually refers to mainstream music produced in, or rooted in the traditions of Western liturgical and secular music, encompassing a broad period from roughly the 9th century to present times.

What is Fashion?


  • Fashion is a term commonly used to describe a style of clothing worn by most of people of a country.
  • Clothing is made out of all types of matieral such as cotton, rayon, spandex, and polyester,and they are just a few used.
  • A clothing style may be introduced as a fashion, but its use becomes a custom after being handed down from generation to generation.

London, Los Angeles, Toronto, Hong Kong, Sydney and Sao Paolo, in addition to hundreds of other smaller market areas are host to excellent designers and manufacturers.



Fashion is big business. More people are involved in the buying, selling and production of clothing than any other business in the world!!!
